I feel the need to apologize to all of you who read my last post and were a bit confused. I did NOT get arrested last weekend. It was an entirely fabricated story with kernels of truth. You see, when I arrived home Saturday night Jay was still “napping” and is notorious for being hard to wake up. I just wanted to see how he would react, so I woke him up and apologized for taking so long but that his stepdad had taken forever to get to the station. There was definitely a reaction!

I wrote that post after Jay challenged me to do so, and make it believable. Apparently I did a good job of it based on some of the comments I’ve received! I promise that in the future I will do a better job of alerting you to the fact that I’m writing a piece of fiction.
