It’s been a few days since I last posted. I have been busy… and stressed… and frustrated… and busy. I don’t have any pictures of what I’ve been doing, though. Putting a wedding together really doesn’t make for good pictures. lol

We’ve met with the priest, confirmed the time of the wedding, and started the premarriage counseling process. We’ll be sending the invitations out this weekend. We’ve booked the reception hall and will sign the contract this weekend, too.

I’m also in the process of trying to get my house ready to go on the market once Jay and I move into our new house. I was trying to decide if I wanted to paint the kitchen or leave it. Well, as I tried to patch some halls in the drywall and I tried to remove a piece of wallpaper from around the hole it tore right up the wall. *sigh* That meant that I had to completely strip the paper off the entire wall. That should have been done before the wall was last painted, but it wasn’t.

So now readying the walls for painting in the kitchen, and then painting, is on my To Do list. Along with trying to finish cleaning up the basement and packing my odds and ends. The beginning of December seems far away, but I know that it will get here all too soon! At least, too soon for me to feel like I can get my house ready in time. Not soon enough for me regarding being able to be with Jay.
